Parks

With more than 500 acres of beautifully manicured parks, Lancaster residents never have to travel far to find a safe place to picnic, play, exercise or relax. Eleven City parks provide ample access to picnic shelters, barbeques, volleyball, tennis, basketball and horseshoe courts, softball fields, swimming pools, playgrounds and walking trails. The City’s Parks, Recreation & Arts department is committed to maintaining high quality facilities and providing unrivaled community programs.

Park hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
