The City of Lancaster has commenced the process of public review of the Master Plan of Complete Streets with the goal of developing a long-term approach to street standards and policies that will positively influence the community’s health, safety, economic vitality, and sustainability.
Amendment of portions of the City of Lancaster General Plan and the City of Lancaster Subdivision Ordinance (Title 16 of the Lancaster Municipal Code) are also being proposed in conjunction with the adoption of the Master Plan of Complete Streets.
