The City of Lancaster aquatics division offers a full range of swim lessons for all ages including parent/tot, private lessons and lifeguard training. Red Cross Certified Water Safety instructors teach classes from levels 1 through 6 as outlined by the American Red Cross.
Want to stay fit? Physical fitness classes such as Aquacise and Hydrofit classes offer an invigorating water workout using belts, ankle cuffs, styrofoam barbells or a variety of movements designed to increase circulation and endurance.

If you are looking for a way to make a significant contribution to your community, become a professional lifeguard! Classes are offered in lifeguard training to prepare you for this challenging and rewarding career. If you are too young to become a lifeguard or need further skill development, join the Jr. Lifeguard training program!
