Be Ready

Here in the Antelope Valley we have wide-open spaces, clean air, and beautiful views.  However, as in any community, there are potential disasters we must prepare for, including earthquakes, floods, fires, dust storms, and more.  It's important to be ready so that if and when something does happen, our community will be able to ride it out.

Emergency Preparedness doesn’t have to be daunting. Citizens can get started today with the Ready Lancaster Program – emergency preparedness in three simple steps.

Click here or visit www.cityoflancasterca.org/ready for more information.

After completing the Ready Lancaster program, residents interested in taking their family’s preparedness a step further can find additional information at the links below and on the subpages listed to the left.
