The City of Lancaster's CodeRED Notification System is an ultra high-speed communication service for notifying residents. This system allows us to telephone, email and text all, or targeted areas, of the City in the event of an emergency situation such as a missing child or evacuation notice. Although its primary purpose is communication in emergency situations, CodeRED may also be used to notify residents regarding non-emergency situations which may significantly impact daily routine (such as a large event that will require the closing of major streets to heavily trafficked areas).
Registering for CodeRED is quick and easy. Click here to sign up or update your information.
After you sign up, make sure to add the following numbers to your caller ID:
•866-419-5000 - EMERGENCY CALLS
