Our community’s senior walking club meets twice every week for a free nature walk. Each meeting begins with light stretches before taking on the beautiful trails at the Prime Desert Woodland Preserve. Be sure to bring water and comfortable shoes. There is no signup required, just show up!

NOTE: The Movers & Shakers Senior Walking Program will be moving to summer hours to avoid the extreme heat we experience in the AV. The walking program will start at 8:00 AM and that change will take effect June 1 through September 30. As a reminder, the walk happens every Monday and Wednesday at the Prime Desert Woodland Preserve. The walk will still last an hour or so and residents are encouraged to dress suitably for the heat.
