Lancaster, CA. September 20, 2024– The City of Lancaster wishes to inform all attendees of the upcoming Antelope Valley Fair, “Hay It’s a Moosical Fair” between September 25-29, of important traffic updates that will affect travel to the fairgrounds. Due to the ongoing CalTrans SR-14 improvements and construction, the southbound (SB) Avenue G off-ramp will remain closed during the fair. This closure is a part of the crossover stage of construction, aiming to enhance our city's infrastructure and safety.

Alternate Routes and Best Access Points:

• Northbound (NB) and Southbound (SB) Avenue H Off-Ramps: These ramps will remain open and are the recommended routes for fairgoers to access the AV Fair & Event Center. Clear signage and additional guidance will be available to ensure easy navigation and access to ample parking.
• Northbound (NB) Avenue G Off-Ramp: This ramp will also remain open for those approaching from the north, providing an additional route to the fairgrounds.

We advise all attendees to plan their travel accordingly and allow extra time for parking and entry to the fair. The AV Fair and Event Center and the City of Lancaster appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to improve our transportation infrastructure.
