Lancaster, CA. December 2, 2024 – The Lancaster Museum of Art and History (MOAH) is excited to host Desert Forest: Scientists Share Joshua Tree Research Virtual Panel. Join the museum online on Thursday, December 5 from 6 - 7 p.m. for a discussion with scientists Juniper Harrower, Jeremy B. Yoder, Christopher Irwin Smith, Lynn C. Sweet and Daniel Oren Hastings as they discuss their fascination with Joshua trees and the Mojave Desert and share their current research on the impacts of climate change. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from some of the brightest minds in environmental science!

Southern California’s landmark arts event, PST ART, returns in September 2024 with more than 70 exhibitions from museums and other institutions across the region, all exploring the intersections of art and science, both past and present.
