Lancaster, CA. April 29, 2026 – Monday nights are about to get a whole lot tastier. The City of Lancaster is bringing back Monday Night Bites at Sgt. Steve Owen Memorial Park™, beginning Monday, May 4, continuing every Monday through September 28, 2026, from 5 to 9 p.m.

This weekly food truck event invites the community to gather, enjoy local flavors, and kick off the week with family, friends, and great food in one of Lancaster’s most beloved parks.

Each week will feature a rotating lineup of food trucks serving a wide variety of cuisines and treats, including favorites such as Mexican food, fish tacos, hot dogs, sushi, elote, churros, shaved ice, ice cream, Italian ice, Creole dishes, smash burgers, barbecue, hibachi, Italian food, Thai food, subs, pizza, and shawarma, with even more vendors expected throughout the season.

“Monday Night Bites creates a fun and easy way for families to connect, support local businesses, and enjoy a night out in Lancaster,” said Mayor R. Rex Parris. “We’re excited to bring this event back and continue creating spaces where our community can come together.”

The weekly vendor lineup will change, giving residents something new to look forward to each Monday night.
