As part of the City of Lancaster’s 40th Anniversary celebration, City staff is taking part in #ThrowbackThursday, by dressing in attire from each of the decades which define the City's history, from the 1970's and 1980's to pre-incorporation represented by the 1940's. So far, employees have dressed in their most creative outfits, ranging from Woodstock reminiscent concert goers, to characters right out of Back to the Future, and have even dabbled in the grunge era that epitomized the early 90's music scene.

Most recently City employees dressed in the swingin' styles of the 1940's including pinstripe suites, wingtips, a-line skirts, and of course a Rosie the Riveter power pose.
