Rutger Parris was born and raised in Lancaster, California. As a thirty-year resident in the Antelope Valley, Rutger continues to have a vested interest in our valley’s future. He is an environmental lawyer at the Parris Law Firm, protecting communities from water, soil, and air contamination. Rutger’s educational background in horticulture and soil science makes him a valuable resource to his clients, as he fights for those adversely affected by polluted resources.
Rutger attended Desert Christian High School in Lancaster. He went on to receive a degree in plant sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a law degree from Pepperdine Law School. Rutger has a strong desire to help our valley and its citizens. He endeavors to continue our valley’s trajectory to a safer, stronger, and healthier community.
