Welcome to the City of Lancaster’s Purchasing web page. Purchasing is part of the Finance Department and is responsible for providing purchasing services to the City departments.
The Purchasing Division consists of three employees. Purchasing procures most of the office supplies, services, equipment and equipment maintenance for the City. Additionally, bid preparation assistance is provided. Purchasing is very interested in promoting business opportunities within the City.
