WM is the exclusive provider of waste and recycling collection services to residents and businesses in the City of Lancaster. As a WM customer, Lancaster residents receive a variety of benefits with their service, including bulky item collection, holiday tree collection and electronic landfill vouchers.

As of October 1, 2022, most City of Lancaster single family residential properties will be billed annually for Residential Standard Service through their Los Angeles County Property Tax Bill.
