Community Preservation staff are dedicated to improving and preserving safety and quality of life in the City of Lancaster. This is accomplished through community outreach, encouraging the availability of affordable housing, and seeking to ensure compliance with municipal codes and regulations.

Community Preservation functions include Code Enforcement, Parking Enforcement, local mobilehome park oversight, and rental assistance.
