The HOME - ARP (American Rescue Plan Act, ARP or ARPA) aims to assist individuals or households that are experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations by providing funding for rental housing, rental assistance, supportive services and non-congregate shelters.

The City is a participating jurisdiction for HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME).  Accordingly the City was awarded a one time grant of HOME - ARP funding.

To address needs in the community the City has developed a HOME ARP Allocation Plan.
