If you live in a mobile or manufactured home within the City of Lancaster limits*, and use this home as your primary residence, the City of Lancaster and Habitat LA may be able to assist you with repairs. - No bankruptcies within last 5 years
- Other requirements as noted in screening form linked below
- Please note, RVs (Recreational Vehicles) are not eligible

- Max loan: $150,000
- 0% interest, deferred payment
- Forgivable (must have non-permanent foundation and be in a mobile home park):
  • Forgiven 10% annually starting at 11th year
  • Fully forgiven after 20 years of occupancy

- Tenga en cuenta que los vehículos recreativos (RV) no son elegibles

Proceso de solicitud

1. Realizar la evaluación inicial y posteriormente enviar la solicitud completa
2. Verificar los ingresos
3. Obtener la evaluación del sitio y enviar estimados de contratistas

- 0% de interés, pago diferido
- Condonable (debe tener cimientos no permanentes y estar en un parque de casas móviles):
   • Condonación del 10 % anual a partir del undécimo año
   • Condonación total después de 20 años de ocupación
