Lancaster City Councilmembers receive compensation of $600 per month.

Based on Lancaster's City Charter, any change in City Council compensation requires City Council approval by a 4/5th vote at a public City Council meeting.

Lancaster City Manager, Trolis Niebla, receives a salary of $336,375.00 per year effective July 10, 2025.
