RENTAL REQUESTS

Eastside Pool can be rented for birthdays, parties, and special events. Our Rentals Coordinator will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Please note that reservations are not final until you receive confirmation from our Rentals Coordinator. We hope to host your next event! Damage Deposit**

$100

 A damage deposit is required to reserve all facilities at the time of the request, along with hourly rental fees and general liability insurance. The damage deposit will be refunded after the rental if there are no damages.

Lifeguards:

3 for 1-75 people

4 for 76-100 people

5 for 100+

 $24 per hour/per guard  +1 Senior Lifeguard -not included in the breakdown.

Hourly Fee

$49 non-profit

$127 individual/commercial

 Fees are subject to change.

Insurance

 Due to the high risk associated with this type of rental, a $2 million per occurrence and $5 million aggregate General Liability Insurance policy is required. Certificate of Liability Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsement must be obtained by the renter. Insurance cannot be purchased through the City for this type of rental. Insurance is required for all reservation permits. Insurance may be purchased from the City by individuals only. Businesses, including churches and other non-profit organizations, must provide a certificate of insurance with the City named as additional insured.
