Food Truck/ Trailer: A mobile food service business that has obtained the necessary licenses and permits to operate. These vendors offer a variety of prepared foods, ranging from gourmet dishes and specialty cuisines to classic festival fare. Their presence at the festival provides attendees with convenient, on-the-go dining options that complement the event experience. Food truck vendors are required to adhere to health and safety regulations, and their inclusion in the event is based on compliance with local and festival-specific requirements.
