The Code Enforcement team is dedicated to making Lancaster’s neighborhoods a desirable place to live, work, and play.

 

The City of Lancaster’s municipal code requires homeowners and landlords to maintain all housing (single family residences, apartments, condominiums, etc. regardless of when built) within the city limits in a safe and clean condition. This code also applies to abandoned commercial structures.
