1. Eligibility

• Contest is open to City of Lancaster residents only.
• City of Lancaster employees and any individuals residing in the same household as City employees are not eligible to participate.
• Dogs must be owned by an eligible Lancaster resident.

2. Contest Purpose - Selected dogs will be featured on the City of Lancaster Earth Day mural, which will be permanently displayed at the Forrest E. Hull Dog Park.

3. How to Enter - Photo submissions must be emailed to: teamuplancaster@cityoflancasterca.gov

Each submission must include:

• Dog’s name
• Dog’s age

Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

4. Submission Deadline - All entries must be received no later than 5:00 PM on March 2nd. Late submissions will not be accepted.

5. Photo Requirements

• Photos must be clear, high-quality, and suitable for use in a public mural.
• By submitting a photo, the entrant confirms they own the rights to the image and grant the City of Lancaster permission to reproduce and display the image for mural and promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Voting & Selection

• All eligible submissions will be reviewed and voted on by City of Lancaster employees.
• The dogs receiving the highest number of votes will be selected for inclusion in the mural.

7. General Conditions –

• The City of Lancaster reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not comply with these rules.
• Submission does not guarantee selection for the mural.
• By entering, participants agree to abide by all contest rules and the final decisions of the City of Lancaster.
