The City of Lancaster has launched the Small Business Recovery Resource (SBRR) program. This group consists of dedicated individuals that will readily assist our local small business owners with their questions and concerns regarding their businesses during, and preparing for life after, the COVID-19 virus.
As we are all more than aware, the COVID-19 virus is impacting lives and businesses and many are fearful as to what this pandemic outbreak may mean to our local and worldwide economies. We here at the City of Lancaster are ready to help our small business owners get back up on their feet and therefore strengthen our local economy.
In order to help get our local small business owners get through and recover after this disastrous outbreak, the SBRR team is dedicated to be knowledgeable about the assistance and recovery options available to businesses through loans and grants at various levels of government. They are researching viable options that may assist businesses during this crisis – like with the City’s Stand Strong Business Recovery Loan or the type of loans currently available through the U.S. Small Business Association (SBA) – as well as other business loans and financial assistance that may appear to help keep our businesses afloat during this time.
To contact the Small Business Recovery Resource Team, please call City Hall at (661) 723-6236 or email the team directly with your questions at SBR@cityoflancasterca.org for assistance.
